1. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be made before the travel date as per the invoice terms.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by package. Please refer to your specific package details.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges as per policy.
3. Travel Documents
- Clients must ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required documents.
- KH2 Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections or delays caused by incorrect documentation.
4. Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, flight delays, or government regulations.
- KH2 Holidays reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries for operational reasons.
5. Responsibility
- KH2 Holidays acts as an intermediary for services provided by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. We are not liable for any service deficiencies caused by third parties.
- Clients are responsible for their belongings during the trip.
6. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their travel plans.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover emergencies.
7. Special Requests
- Special meal preferences, room upgrades, or other requests must be communicated at the time of booking. These are subject to availability.
8. Liability
- KH2 Holidays is not responsible for delays, accidents, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Compensation, if any, will be as per the terms of the service providers.
9. Disputes
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sonipat, Haryana, India.
